About Me

Well, hello!

My name is Corinne. I am the wife of Ryan and the mother of two little boys,  B.T. and Baby Ham.

I’m wearing that crown because it’s my birthday in that picture. I do not wear crowns every day.

I have a job rating webpages, meaning sometimes I get paid to watch Lil’ Wayne videos. My husband stocks shelves with groceries. We own a window washing business. We have both been in school for the last three years, trying to earn degrees so we won’t have to stock shelves or watch Lil’ Wayne videos for the rest of our lives.

I grew up in Santa Clarita, California, and have lived in San Francisco, Paso Robles,  and various other spots on the Earth. In 2008, my husband and I moved to the very small town in Eastern Oregon where he grew up. We got jobs, went back to school, and procreated.

I like chickens, enormous chocolate chip cookies, reading lots and lots of magazines, bagels and cream cheese, and when everyone leaves me alone. (Not you, of course! I’m thinking mainly people under the age of 4 who live in my house.)

I do not like animals that aren’t chickens, fruit in dessert form, Richard Gere and his stupid squinty eyes, or political radio.

This blog helps me cope with my constantly unfulfilled cravings for Target, In ‘N Out, and Asian food.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I just read your post about Shower Art — and I’m honestly touched. My husband and I made that piece — and I’m so glad that it helped you with a big life realization. Time CAN suck it!
